We are a multi-let room business in the one of the best parts of Peterborough. With a PE2 postcode, you can enjoy being close to the city centre with an approximate 20 minute walk or use of the local transport services.

Sugar Way also has excellent local amenities and great links to the A1. Peterborough also has great rail links with other parts of the UK. A trip to London will take you approximately 50 minutes on an express train arriving at London Kings Cross.

We have several houses to choose from with a variety of professional people in each one. Each house has 3 stories with different sized rooms and large living spaces. They come fully furnished with some ensuites available. You can choose one to suit your needs and your budget.

All houses are registered as HMO properties with Peterborough Council and come equipped with high quality smoke and heat alarms which are situated in various points throughout the properties.
